Principles
Agile principles are concretization
of agile values. Agile manifesto lists 12 principles. These principles
are iterated in the form of assertive statements.
7. Working software is the primary measure of progress.
Does this principle need any explanation?
I don’t think so. The main motive of software development
and maintenance endeavor is working software other things like documentation,
various metrics etc. are secondary.
In scrum, kanban, and devOps frameworks, this principle is
reflected in following practices:
- Working increments at end of each sprint
- Demo at end of each sprint
