Recently, I
reviewed “Understanding The Agile Manifesto – A Brief & Bold Guide toAgile”
by Larry Apke which beautifully explains the Agile Manifesto. After reading the book, I realized that there
is a need to speak more about the Agile Manifesto and sharing the experience
why Agile works.
To cater my
urge to share understanding of the Agile Manifesto, I decided to write a series
of posts. Each of these posts will be focusing on one of the value or
principle.
Agile
manifesto is created on empirical evidence not on scientific. Due to this
reason, founders of agile manifesto never bothered to provide reasoning to why
agile works. But as a curious mind, we all want to know why agile works
In this
series there will be two types of posts. The posts on values will be discussing
why agile works. Posts on value principles will be focusing on how a principle
realizes one or more value and how different practices in agile frameworks
(e.g. scrum, kanban, devOps, etc) helps to accomplish the agile principles.
