If you look around, Salesforce one of the most popular SaaS
platform. In my view apart from its
marketing powers and strategy there are many inherent goodness in Salesforce
platform: Configurability of user interface and business processes
.
Is there any other way which can provide better than SFDC
configurability?
I am firm believer of continuous improvement and “Perfection
is a desirable but un attainable goal”. Which simply transects that there is a
scope of improvement in Salesforce platform configurability and/or new platform
which can bring improvements.
In subsequent posts I will list what are the various
“THINGS” I am looking into my dream SaaS platform.
